These terms govern services provided by Matthew Quinn Transport ("MQT"). By booking a job you agree to these terms.
Fixed quotes are based on the information you supply (photos, dimensions, postcodes, access). If the job on site materially differs from the brief, we may re-quote before continuing.
MQT carries goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the cover provided by our policy, subject to reasonable care being taken by the customer in packaging and access. High-value or fine art items must be declared at the time of booking so appropriate cover and handling are in place.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access at collection and delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a job where access is unsafe or where items cannot be moved without damage.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of quote. Business accounts may be offered invoiced terms subject to approval.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked slot are free of charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover reserved capacity.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
